내화학장화

- 국내 유일의 내화학장화로 검정받은 제품입니다.

제품특징

1. 내화학성 PU로 처리하여 늘어남을 방지하고 착화시 마찰로부터 발을 보호합니다.

2. 하이피론을 저온에서 특수배합한 원단으로 생산하였습니다.

3. 뒷쪽으로 떨어지는 낙하물 또는 약품으로부터 뒷꿈치를 보호합니다.

4. 복숭아뼈를 보호하기 위해 스폰지 배합을 하여 충격흡수 및 쿠션감이 뛰어납니다.

5. 저마모성 돌기형구조로 충격완화 및 미끄럼 방지 효과가 있습니다.

6. 안창 : 향균작용및 냄새 억제

7. 부식이 없는 강제 선심

  - 충격하중 450kgf의 내압성에 견디고 23±0.2kgf의 추를 낙하높이 120mm에서 낙하후




     내충격성에 견디는 선심을 사용하였습니다.

8. 발등으로 떨어지는 경량의 물체로부터 발등을 보호하기 위해 4중으로 보강하였습니다.

| 주의사항 - Precaution |

- 작업용도 및 사용용도이외의 목적으로 착용 및 작업 금지 / 사람을 향해 던지거나 착용금지
- 서서 착용하지 말 것 / 화기 주위에서 작업이나 착용하지 말 것
- 유화(저유소,주유소,정유소 등) 작업장에서 착용이나 작업을 하지 말 것
- 미끄럼에 주의 / 착용전 외부에 흠집이나 칼금이 있는지 확인후 착용
- 작업자의 발에 맞는 사이즈 착용 / 유아의 손에 닿지 않도록 할 것
- Do not wear the boots/shoes for other purposes than specified ones
- Do not throw boots/shoes toward people / Do not stand when putting on them
- Do neither wear them nor work near to fire or flames
- Do neither wear them nor work at oil workplace (oil storage, oil station, oil refinery etc)
- Beware of slipping
- Make sure to check boots/shoes if there is any flaw or incision before putting them on
- Wear right-sized boots/shoes for a worker / Keep them out of children’s reach

| 세척사항 - Washing |

- 작업후 반드시 깨끗한 물로 세척하여 그늘에 세워서 보관
- 외부에 이물질이 묻었을 시 중성세제로 세척할 것 / 세척시 천이나 스폰지를 사용
- Be sure to wash them with clean water after working, and let them dry in the shade
- If being stained with dirty or foreign substances, make sure to wash them off with neutral detergent
- Use cloth or sponge for washing

| 교체시기 - Replacement |

- 뒷굽이 닳아있는 경우 - 칼금이나 흠집이 있는 경우 / 누수가 생겼을 경우
- 무기산의 작업장에서 장시간 작업을 한 경우(48시간이상 작업시)
- 세척한 횟수가 120회 이상일 경우 / 고무의 형태가 갈라지거나 변형이 생겼을 경우
- It is advisable to replace boots in the following cases : Heel is worn out
- Boots with any incision or flaws / Leakage
- Working at inorganic acid workplace for 48hours or more
- The number of washing them off exceeds 120 times / The shape of rubber is transformed or fissured
